Holiday Activities

1. Our 2nd Annual Christmas Dinner and Silent Auction will be held at Joy Hall, First Methodist Church, Quitman, Texas on Thursday, December 9th, 2010. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. Serving at 6:00 p.m. We will be serving brisket, and all the trimmings. Dale (The C) Cummings will be performing. Tickets are available until December 1st at the Quitman Chamber of Commerce, the Quitman Wood County Bank, Bank Texas and the Quitman City National Bank and members of FYAC. 2. "I'll Be Home For Christmas" Tour of Homes will be held on Sunday, December, 12th, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will feature five homes and a Country Store. Tickets are $8.00 each or 2 for $12.00 , and will be available until December 1st. from FYAC members, the Quitman Chamber of Commerce, Quitman Bank Texas, Quitman City National Bank and Quitman Wood County National Bank. Maps will be given with the tickets.
